DETAILED DESCRIPTION

    We offer a full service, subscription based electronic medical record system,
    secure service.  What does this mean?

    Full service: you receive the entire software package, not just one component.

    Since it comes in only one version there is no need to be concerned that you have

    not ordered the correct modules.

    Subscription based: you don’t buy the software, you rent it.  You own the data

    though and we mind it for you.  But the data are yours.

    Secure service: any time you want to access your data, everything sent to the
    EMR is encrypted, twice and then de-encrypted at the other end.  You also have

    passwords and access to various parts of the EMR by staff are established and/or

    restricted by you when setting up EMR.

    Everything listed below, and more, is included, period.  A partial listing of the

    capabilities of the software includes:

    One step patterns or algorithms that mimic physician’s SOAP documentation for
    entire encounters.  In common medical conditions, the vast majority of patients will
    complain of the same symptoms, will have similar findings on exam and similar
    assessments and plans.  This is the basis of a pattern.

    Immunization reminders and tracking and the ability to print a person’s
    immunization record.

    Growth charts for infants and children with all percentiles for height, weight,
    stature and more.

    Health maintenance (prevention) with warnings of upcoming items due,
    customizable to age groups, gender, etc.

    ePrescribing and still the ability to print or fax prescriptions.

    Full drug database with drug-drug, drug-life cycle, drug-condition warnings.

    View/print educational materials in English or Spanish on most medical conditions.

    Scanning capabilities for documents, graphics, pictures or investigational results.

    Capture of real time photos, before and after, lesions, ID.

    Interfaces to commonly used labs including LabCorp and Quest and others. Results
    are received electronically, the staff are notified by the system that the results are
    back and ready for review.

    Letter writing using fields from the electronic record (similar to mail merge).  Once
    written the letter can be printed to paper or faxed directly out of the EMR.

   
    Send letters, progress notes, lab results and/or images to the referring physicians
    via fax directly from within the EMR.

    ALL faxes are picked up by the EMR where they can be viewed, printed to paper
i   if really needed and added to the patient record.  Physicians can be notified of the
    receipt of such faxes in real time if desired.

    Ability to annotate medical images or pictures, share with patients.

    Reporting of demographics, charge details, audit trails and more.

   

    Transmission of charge details directly to billing systems including CPT and ICD
    codes.
